Submitted By: Debbie, SC What a God-send Eve has been for our family! We were introduced to Eve about 8 years ago when one of my sons consulted with her about his severe acne. No dermatologist had been able to help him, and my son had felt that no one even took his skin problems seriously. Eve immediately knew what to do to help him. His skin cleared up and looks great. His younger brother had the same potential for severe acne, but he began visiting Eve at the beginning stages. Eve was able to treat it so that it never erupted into a problem at all. Meanwhile my oily skin was getting older and drier, while staying oily. It felt uncomfortable and looked terrible. I didn't know what to do with it--but Eve did. Today people continually mistake my age as 10 years younger than I really am. Eve has consistently been a joy to work with, and she has always been conscientious about helping us get the most for our money. Thank you, Eve, for all that you do for us.

I have been to dermatologists over the years and always ended up taking antibiotics and using meds that did not seem to make much difference. Eve has been a God send. The products she carries and her expertise have caused the redness to subside. I have gotten compliments on the makeup I use because it seems so light, yet covers the discoloration that has resulted from hormones. In addition, I have a 15 yr. old nephew who has been to at least 2 different dermatologists and other so called skin experts only to be disheartened. In fact he told his parents he did not want them to waste their money attempting to take care of what looked like hopeless acne. Eve has so much experience and understanding of skin she saw that it was not really acne but a different skin issue altogether. She devised a plan for him that has changed the look and feel of his skin. He was so excited to finally have "smooth places" on his face. He has been going to Eve, and wow, what a difference in his skin and outlook. From the first visit he felt like his skin issues mattered to someone other than himself, and that there was real hope. I stopped by to see Eve one afternoon a couple of months ago after a friend referred me to her for her self-tanning products. It just so happened that the condition of my skin came up in our conversation. I was dealing with flares from my rosacea, inflammation and irritation due to having sensitive skin that constantly made me look as if I was sunburned. I bought the products that she recommended, went for a facial the following week and have been on a strict skin care regimen ever since. I have seen a dramatic improvement in my skin. No more redness or inflammation. My skin always seems to glow. I also began using her bare minerals liquid makeup. I love the way it feels and the look that it gives my skin is flawless. Thank you Eve for all that you have done for me and my skin.

Since starting treatments at Second Glance, my skin has improved by leaps and bounds. Now, if I get acne, it's a matter of puzzlement instead of being common place.

If I didn't live so far away I would definitely come in for her specialized skin care treatments, but since that's not possible the next best thing is the ability to call on her to treat my skin concerns from afar. She asks me a series of questions and then prescribes a morning and evening routine for me to follow. I follow them to the letter and am rewarded with younger looking, even toned skin. I'm in my (very) late 50's and recently retired. It's been an awesome experience, but the only downside was having to give my aage away because most people I've worked with over the years were shocked that I was old enough to meet the age requirement for retirement. Thanks Eve! Do yourself a favor and fill out her questionnaire, send an e-mail, or give her a call so that she can make a diagnosis and set up a treatment plan. You, too, can look 10 years younger! P.S. The turnaround time from the time I place my order to the time I receive it is excellent. If I place an order on Monday, I usually have it by the end of the week (if not sooner).

The underlying inflammation has diminished and my pores have really tightened up. The products that I'm using are all wonderful, but I especially like the Correction Cream. If I ever buy something on my own its wrong, so I just save my money and time and go to Eve. SC I have been going to Eve at Second Glance for almost 17 years....first to get my nails done and then as I watched the amazing way that she helped her customers with their skin care, I, also, began using her skin care products. I can not express enough what a difference Eve's products have made in the overall "healthiness" and appearance of my skin. I tend to have very sensitive skin and of course, sun damage, but since I began with Eve's products, I have had very few problems with skin sensitivity, and my skin seems to have much more of a "glow" about it than it did years ago. I had tried Estee Lauder, Lancôme and "the cheap stuff" (from Wal-Mart) over and over but never satisfied until I started using Eve's products. Years ago I started with her make-up and then she started with the skincare products. Of course, because I was so pleased with the make-up I tried the skincare too. I was thrilled! It was the first time in years my skin actually felt silky soft. I am 55 years old and was once a sun worshiper…enough said. My skin had paid the price. Now with Eve’s products and the routine especially designed for my skin my face feels and looks healthy again. Thank you Eve! I have always been very pleased with any product I have purchased from Eve.
